Orders are processed in the order received. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods or holidays.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement at support@oysterelements.com. We cannot guarantee modifications after orders have entered processing.
We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase of any Oyster Elements product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping costs. No product return is required — we take your word for it.
For subsequent purchases, the following policy applies:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oysterelements.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We may not require you to return the damaged product.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and building management. Then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a refund. Oyster Elements is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address on the order.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at support@oysterelements.com. Cancellations or modifications must be received at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period upon cancellation, but you will receive your product through the end of that period.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: gift cards, digital products, and products that have been tampered with, improperly stored, or damaged through misuse. Products not purchased directly from oysterelements.com are not covered by this policy.
